Anette Therese Pettersen is a theatre, performance and dance researcher, critic and editor, and a PhD research fellow at the University of Agder in Norway. The critical practice is spread between weekly paper, podcast and periodicals, and projects that explore criticism. Her research is concerned with an affective and performative approach to critical writing/critical practice, and both as a researcher and a critic she is curious of finding ways of lingering with a performance experience, with the affective parts of it, and how performatives generate shared experiences and how this can be processed in writing. Currently working on a PhD project that explore performative writing with youth, and whether the assembly of the spectators also can be reassembled or re-staged in a writing process.
